David has over 35 years experience in the broadcast industry and was most recently MD of Nine Network, Perth and Network Programme Executive. Before this he was Chief Programming Officer at Network TEN, where he commissioned hit programmes including Talking About your Generation, Big Brother, The Biggest Loser, Australian Idol, Masterchef and groundbreaking scripted series Offspring, Secret Life of Us and Puberty Blues.
He’s also held a number of senior roles at the Seven Network. In 2009 and 2010, David was listed in Top 5 Media People in Australia.

Augustus has been with ITV for ten years where, as ITVGE EVP Sales Asia Pacific reporting to ITVGE MD and Head of ROW Studios Maria Kyriacou, he has overseen the growth of its the sales and distribution business across the region (including production and channels in Asia). In addition to this, he was recently appointed COO of ITVSA reporting to CEO & MD David Mott.
With 25 years of experience in the global film and television industry, Augustus has worked for the likes of ABC, Film Australia, Greater Union and Total Film & Television across sales, marketing, production, distribution, merchandising, licensing, home entertainment and footage sales.
Augustus has a degree in Arts from Macquarie University (Majors in Communication and Literature) and has studied Law at Sydney University.
Head of Content
Beth is a respected television executive who has worked in both the UK and Australia on many highly successful, big entertainment shows. Her UK executive producer credits include The X Factor, Hell’s Kitchen, The Apprentice, Love Island and five seasons of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! In Australia, she has overseen The Great Australian Bake Off, The Farmer Wants a Wife, Dancing with the Stars, Celebrity Apprentice and Grand Designs amongst others. Her previous role was Creative Director, Fremantle Media Australia.
Beth is thrilled to return to ITV and be responsible for many of her favourite shows.
Head of Factual & Reality
During his 30 year television career, Ben has developed and produced content for all Australian free-to-air networks as well as subscription television. He has also created programming for international networks: for Channel 4 in the UK and Discovery and National Geographic in the US. Ben has been responsible for award-winning factual, history and lifestyle productions as well as entertainment, reality and comedy content.
Prior to joining ITV Studios Australia in 2014, Ben was Head of Factual Entertainment at WTFN and has also worked at Beyond International, where he was executive producer for Australian network development.
In 2011 he accepted the Logie Award for Most Outstanding Documentary for Trishna & Krishna: The Quest For Separate Lives, on which he was executive producer. He has worked on programs including The Living Room, Bondi Vet, Tony Robinson’s Time Walks and Bollywood Star.
Head Of Entertainment
There are very few television genres ITV Australia’s Head of Entertainment Majella Wiemers hasn’t made. Her credits include the heartwarming success “This Time Next Year”, studio sensation “The Voice”, “Shark Tank”, “The Great Australian Spelling Bee” and ”Embarrassing Bodies Down Under”.
Queensland born, Majella began her television career as a news and current affairs reporter and presenter, and producer working on landmark Australian programs such as “Today”, "A Current Affair" “Sunday”, “RPA” and “Getaway”.
In 2018 she sets her sights on the Australian version of the hottest format in the world – “Love Island”.
Megan brings over 18 years experience to oversee the finance function of ITV Studios Australia. A Chartered Accountant and graduate of the University of New South Wales, she joined ITV plc in 2010 and has worked across ITV's Broadcast and Studios divisions in both London and Los Angeles, most recently as the group’s Director of Financial Reporting and Control.
Megan brings extensive media and acquisition expertise having supported ITV’s global M&A strategy in Europe and North America.
Megan joined ITV from Ernst & Young where she worked for 10 years in both London and Sydney.
Head of Production
Experienced at delivering live entertainment shows, outside broadcasts and reality television, Donna has worked in television production for more than 15 years.
She has worked with ITV as a freelancer on many occasions, returning to the company in 2008 as Head of Production. Her credits include Paddock to Plate, Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell, Please Marry My Boy, Talkin’ ‘bout your Generation, Come Dine with Me and five seasons of Dancing with the Stars. With experience as a production manager for the Seven Network, Network Ten, V8 Supercars and the AFL, Donna has also worked on the V8 Supercars telecast, Melbourne Cup Carnival and Melbourne Grand Prix.
Head of Development
Micah was promoted to Head of Development in 2014 after four years with ITV Studios Australia producing, creating and adapting television formats as Executive Producer of Development. With over 20 years experience in television, Micah worked as a producer for Network Ten and an executive producer at Southern Star Entertainment (Endemol), working with the Seven, Nine and Ten networks as well as UK broadcasters ITV and SKY.
His ITV Studios Australia credits include being co-creator of both Please Marry My Boy and The Trophy Room, plus working on Paddock to Plate, River Cottage Australia and Come Date With Me.
He was a producer for the first six seasons of Big Brother Australia and also has credits on Friday Night Download, Friday Night Games, the annual ARIA Awards, Wipeout’s Greatest Hits, Real Prison Breaks, The Secret Life of Tanzania, Fear Factor, Next Wave, Ralph TV, Ready Steady Cook, Sinatra Under Siege and The Kylie Interview.
Head of Legal and Business Affairs
Nick is responsible for all business and legal affairs across ITV Studios Australia’s corporate and production activity. He is also company secretary. While at ITV Studios, Nick has advised on projects including Please Marry My Boy, Come Dine With Me, Talkin’ ‘bout your Generation, Young Talent Time, Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell and both the UK and German versions of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.
Nick joined the company in 2010 from Beyond International, where as a legal and business affairs executive, he worked on a range of productions for Australian networks and also Discovery and National Geographic in the US. Nick began his career with the commercial law firm Holding Redlich, working with film and television producers, distributors, advertising agencies, magazine publishers and broadcasters.
Kate has significant experience in the media industry working for leading broadcasters including The Seven Network, Nine Entertainment Company, Movie Network Channels and Austereo.
Tertiary qualified with a B.Com (Marketing) she has experience across various disciplines including sales, business development, brand-funded content, promotional marketing and client services.
Kate was a pioneer of brand integration at Seven, developing sponsor opportunities in formats such as Better Homes & Gardens, The Mole, Who Dares Wins, Popstars and The Great Outdoors. Prior to joining ITV she applied her talents to Celebrity Big Brother (Endemol) and Married at First Sight (Nine Entertainment Co).
HR Business Partner
Maria is a dedicated Human Resources Professional with over 10 years experience providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in start-up, growth and stable organisations. Maria's HR Career has spanned across North America and Europe and she has broad experience supporting the APAC region. Maria manages all people management functions across ITV Studios and GE, Asia and enjoys partnering with the business to drive strategies and projects that facilitate the achievement of business goals and objectives. Her strengths are in performance management, employee relations, change management, HR projects and management coaching.
